(a)The owner of or agency controlling the locks shall be required to open the navigation locks upon demand for passage of vessels during the following hours and periods: Locks S-61, S-65, and S-65E Monday through Friday All year 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday Mar. 1 through Oct. 31 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Do Nov. 1 through Feb. 28 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Lock S-65A Seven days a week All year 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Locks S-65B, S-65C, and S-65D Monday through Friday All year 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday Mar. 1 through Oct. 31 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Do Nov. 1 through Feb. 28 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
